The good news for today is that my phone simply dropped dead in the middle of the claims call, and it hasn't been resurrected since. Then I went to use my manager's phone, and that one died too.
Since then, most of my programs have crashed and I had to reboot twice.
If I can make this last, I'll be available for hire to come to your office and touch your computer.
